Charlotte Smith or Annabel Smith?
With Charlotte we wouldn't use nicknames, with Annabel we would use Annie or Anna

I think Charlotte is lovely, timeless and beautiful. You can't go wrong with Charlotte.

Best flow and more original, especially because Smith is a frequently heard last name.
Also I like the meaning of Annabel and the nicknames you would use.

Annabel because of Charlotte, NC & Charlotte Hall, MD...I just can't hear the name Charlotte without thinking of a town.

Annabel Charlotte Smith VERY CUTE!!!

I adore Charlotte but with Smith as a LN it makes for a rather predictable name. Annabel is spunkier, I do love it.

Both names are wonderful, but I think you made the right choice picking the less common of the two names to go with Smith.
