I really don't like it! I can't believe she's given her daughter not one but two very masculine, all boy names! But then, she's not the brightest is she?

I don't think it's that bad. 1. She's a celebrity. They do whatever they want name wise. 2. It's her husbands middle name - Maxwell. And her mothers maiden name - Drew. At least she put SOME thought in to it and it seems to be very meaningful. I think if she woulda come out and said that they chose that - it woulda been a little more shocking. But it's her husbands middle name!! Give it a break!!

@sunrise16--I'm glad you knew that. I had read an article a while back that said when people heard the name, they'd understand why it was chosen, but I certainly didn't. I think the name is a very nice name...for a boy...a girl, not so much.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Maxwell on a girl. Somebody was the first to name a girl Taylor and all the other names that for so long seem masculine. I dont see what is so different about the use of Maxwell. At first, it shocked me, but it is already growing on me. However, I don't like that she gave her a traditionally masculine middle name. It's unisex, sure, but paired with the controversial male fn she will always, forever be mistaken for a boy. That's sad. But at the end of the day, she is a celebrity kid so the same rules don't apply. Her cousin is worse off with the name Bronx Mowgli!
