    Red face Introducing Agnes

    Agnes Josephine Bliss Lastname arrived on the 25th. We're as proud as can be!

    There was a bit of hesitation on DH's part after receiving some negative reactions to her name when she was born, but we stuck it out, just as we did with Henry's name. I get that Agnes isn't universally liked but our girl deserved a spunky name after her rough delivery (poor thing has a broken collarbone!). And as Henry said when it came time to bite the bullet and fill out her paperwork, "She just has to be Agnes."

    She's a dandy, almost as big as her brother was: 9lbs & 20"

    Thanks again for your help with her name. I knew who she'd be all along but I appreciate being able to bounce ideas off of you and hear your feedback!

    Congratulations! I love her name, and she looks so adorable in her photo!
    Switching careers and becoming an RN! Sadly mommy plans will have to wait until that's done. Still loving names though!

    Congratulations and happy that you were able to stay on course and give her the name that was right for you. I think Henry and Agnes make a great pair.

    She looks very cute with that little bow in her hair.
