Aglaia. It's my favorite name (of both my girl and boy lists), it's very meaningful for me and I'm not 100% sure I won't use it, but the assonance with the word ugly bothers me a lot.

The first name that pops into my head is Magnolia, with the nn Maggie. I just love the sound of Magnolia, but it's a little too out there for me personally. I have many others, but Magnolia is probably #1, or at least it's the first one I think of right away.
If I had a baby right now, I'd name it,
    Scarlett Amelia or Emerson Joseph.
I also like Cashel, Gabriel, Genevieve, & Juliette. + So much more.
    I'm Ashley btw, and I'm 20!

It's kind of weird seeing all these names that aren't really strange at all for me. I LOVE seeing all these "out there" names and think, well, I would name my kid that so I guess it's not too out there. Even with this said, I do have some names that I'm ify about since they are peculiar to MOST people.

    For Girls:
Jack - Mostly gets negative feedback which is understandable yet some people name their boy: Stacey and Ashley.. No.
Esperance - Sounds like a fairy princess.
Wynnafreede - (pn: win-na-freed) I love it however, I think it'll get a lot of negative feedback.
Daylin - This is a made up name.
Amethyst, Athena, Persphone: Mythology names might be too much.
    Marguerite: It's a mouth-ful.

    For Boys:
Zayden - Yes I know, too Aiden-ish. I LOVE this name and will most likely use it.
Rysk/Ryker: Very trendy as well, but I think they're lovely.
Oleksander: Means defender of mankind. Probably too much.
Legend/Casanova: Both names are WAY too much to live up too.
Mallory/Lindsay: Very lovely, but might be only guilty pleasures.
Currently searching for that perfect name...

The Favorites For Now (constantly change):

Esperance, Dagny, Victoria, Isis, Aurora, Astoria, Calypso, Pearl, Photini, Circe and so forth..

Zayden, Ambers, Phoenix, Gabriel, Barnabas, Ethan, Roman, Sol, Auden, Oleksander, Jensen, and so forth...
