Little sister for Wyatt
My 3yr old is Wyatt Lee. I like names that are girly but not trendy. Our last name has 3 syllables and starts with A. Too many girl names end in A so I want to stay away from that. Possible middle names are Gina or Angela. The western theme would be great but I've searched and haven't found many I like. I also like gem or jewel names (mine's Amber) or even something botanical.
Some names we're considering
Violet (sounds alot like Wyatt when you say it out loud so I don't know if that would be weird)
Evalynn
Oaklynn (OH hates this one but I'm still keeping it on the list for now
Vivienne (this is one my husbands likes)
Presley (goes into that western theme but not sure if it's cutsey enough for a girl)
Any suggestions? I'm 27weeks and the list just goes on and on........

Current favorites:
Girls: Louisa Jane, Caroline Emma, Celia Rose, Lucy Adelaide/Beatrice
Boys: Henry, Nathaniel/Nathan, Avi, Elias, Asher
Name-obsessed twenty-something in the US. No kids right now, but will be TTC in a few years...it's fun to think of the possibilities in the meantime!

I think Violet and Wyatt are way too close. The only name from your list that has a Western theme from your list is Oaklynn, but I don't find it very girly. Presley makes me think of Elvis Presley. Its cute, but not a girly name, if that is what you want. I prefer the Evelyn spelling, Evalynn looks incredibly tryndee. Vivienne is my favorite

Wyatt is our last name and it kills me that I can't use Violet because Violet Wyatt is a rhyming nightmare.
Names I love from your list:
Vivienne - I love! It's actually on my girls names short list.
Presley - I use to babysit a little Presley when I was in Jr. High so I associate this name with the sweetest little girl.
Madeline or Madelyn might also be to your style. Also Savannah, Josephine, Caroline, and Eloise.

My Wyatt's sister is Evangeline. We get lots of compliments on their individual names but more about their names as a sibling set. Both have a classic, turn of the century sound and I like that each is a strong name gender wise without being too frilly (Evangeline) or overly masculine.

I like Vivienne from your list. I also like someone's suggestion of Sadie. I have a friend who has a Wyatt and his baby sister is Stella. My oldest son is Wyatt, we're expecting our third boy, so no girl names for us!! But if this one had been a girl, we were looking at Remy, since my DH is part French (and I think it sounds nice as a girl's name, even though it's short for Remigius). Good luck!
