I have a friend with twins named Evan and Amelia and I think these names go together very well. I think Amelia has kind a similar feel to it as some of your other names (Charlotte, Claire, Emma, Madelyn) but would be a little more distinctive. Some possibilities are:
Amelia Charlotte
Amelia Claire
Amelia Summer

I like Claire. It was on my list of middle names but hubby said no to it. You could do Clara instead of Claire. Clara is my grandma's 1st middle name. Audrey Clara Marie. Hubby also has an aunt named Clara Dale. I find Dale very wrong for a lady though. For the longest time I thought they were calling her Claradell! Darn southern accent.

I like Claire Summer a lot, but I also like the suggestion of Clara. Clara and Evan sounds very nice together. I'm one of few on NB that doesn't like Charlotte, I just think it sounds so harsh. Not a fan of Madelyn/Madeline either, sorry. I like Daisy a lot, but it is very cutesy. I think the right kind of woman could pull it off, though! I like the suggestion of Dahlia as well, I think it sounds a bit more grown up. How about Zinnia? From your list, I like Meredith, Ruby, and Lyla. Good luck!
Currently crushing on Graziella, Rosaline, Felicia, Amarantha, Glenys and Anemone | Alistair, Orion, Jarvis, Emrik, Angus and Inigo among others

My fave of your names is Madelyn (although personally I like the spelling and pronunciation of Madeleine). It makes me think of the French children's series which was just gorgeous. I like Madelyn Summer. Summer is my baby sister's name so I am biased towards that. I love it as a middle name because other kids don't make fun of it then (Summer gets 'bummer' and 'winter') and there's not much they can do with Madelyn that is cruel I don't think. Claire is not a name I love - and I think the world already has enough Charlottes and 'Belles' in all forms. I hope that doesn't sound too harsh - It is just my silly opinion.
If you like Daisy but can't use Macy, have you thought of Maisy? I think it is the ultimate pretty name.

To be honest you say no British names but Claire and Charlotte are very British, while Madeleine is a popular name amongst the British upper class. I think Evan & Charlotte are gorgeous together though but Charlotte Annabelle is very, very British!
I love the nickname Maddie but would only ever use Madeleine - it goes nicely with Evan but I trendy spellings are a big no for me.
From the other list...
Sarah, Elizabeth, Ruby, Hannah, Olivia are all very common and overdone in Britain so might not be your best options.
Erin and Evan are too similar.
Lyla, Ava, Aubree, Macy are so trendy (Brooklyn seems trendy/dated).
Hayley, Alison, Chelsie are very dated (Chelsea/Chelsie is so downmarket here in the UK)
Meredith, Nova, Caroline are OK but I can't see them with Evan.
I definitely think Evan and Charlotte is your best option! Although I do love the sound of Evan and Ruby!

Charlotte Annabelle - I like Charlotte a lot, the -belle/a trend bores me though.
Claire Summer - I don't get the love for Claire, it seems dated and boring to me. Summer's nms.
Madelyn Emma - much prefer Madeleine as the spelling, seems too trendy this way. Emma's ok, fits well in the middle here.
Daisy - can't picture this on an adult
Sarah - feels boring next to Evan
Meredith - I quite like this, unexpected and fits well
Erin - nice name but feels too matchy with Evan
Chelsie - don't like
Mackenzie - too trendy
Ruby - very popular in the UK but I do like it
Elizabeth - solid classic with plenty of nn potential, like
Lyla - not fond of
Nova - don't like, doesn't sit with Evan well either
Hannah - nice
Hayley - prefer this spelling, but there are so many rhyming names I feel it'll get lost in the crowd
Brooklyn - don't like
My top three picks would be
Evan and Charlotte
Evan and Meredith
Evan and Hannah
