Just in case...
The blog today got me thinking what in the world would I name
My bbs if I got pregnant with twins. If I have a boy it will be Forth Winsome. If its a girl, Marigold Winslet. But I would have no idea what to name their hypothetical twin. Lol
Would it be awful to have two flower names for g/g like Marigold and Larkspur? (Goldie and Lark) Forth is really hard for me to pair with. Here's what I have. I'd LOVE any suggestions.
Pilot,Dexter,
G/g Marigold and Larkspur
G/b Marigold and Forth (bad?)
B/b Forth and ?????
I love word names and vintage names. Word names with a vintage/magical feel. Idk. Lol.Mommy to Pilot David Patrick (5), Dexter Audio (3) and Happy Cordelia (new!)

I thought the blog had a cute concept with the similar name meaning for twins, if you're into matching names like that. Although I can't imagine how much negativity would be generated over following a similar pattern fo non-twin siblings. I'm often surprised when people have different "rules" for naming twins. Nothing wrong with it, I'm just surprised sometimes. Honestly if I had twins I think I would just use the same "rules" that we have already for the other siblings -- I would want the twins to feel like they "belong" with the entire family, not just with each other as a pair. I think if you would use Forth and Marigold for non-twin siblings -- especially with Pilot and Dexter -- there's no problem with having twins with those names.

I like the suggestion of Noble. In fact that name has been a fave of mine for some years now. But we decided that if for some crazy circumstance we had twin boys they will be Forth Winsome and Ansel Grimm.
Forth- for moving forward
Winsome-for grandma Winnie and the meaning.. Charming
Ansel- for photographer Ansel Adams. Inspiring our own photography
Grimm- grandma Dottie's maiden name.
Still stuck with a second girl name though. I like the whole flower sisters (Primrose and Katniss ) but I don't think I want to do that to my daughters.Mommy to Pilot David Patrick (5), Dexter Audio (3) and Happy Cordelia (new!)

Why not switch it up with Sojourn and one of the flower names for twin girls? BTW Bellamy is so pretty, I'd love to see it in the first name slot.

Yesterday, I discovered the word name, Winsome, in Nameberry's names database. Absolutely love it as a middle for a boy!
