Every middle name has an 'e' ending except Ann who always has an 'e' on her name and without the 'e' it looks like a duo of people named Paisley and Zdunski

I do like Paisley Anne or Paisley Grace.

I think Paisley pairs best with a short, 1 syllable mn... so Mia is out in my opinion.

    I like Paisley Anne
    Paisley Mae (or May)
    Paisley Grace

    what about Paisley Hope
    Paisley Joy
Paisley Marie (ok, that's breaking my 1 syllable rule, but I think it flows nicely anyhow for some reason)

Paisley Ann(e) sounds perfect, IMO. And I agree that the "e" on the end looks better.
