Desmond?

Ooh ... love Desmond. Such an affluent, distinguished, regal, refined, tall-dark-and-handsome name.

Silly Sheila of Nameberry coined my absolute favorite pairing of the name: Desmond Walter.

If Lori had the choice she would name every Desmond, "Desmond Walter"! And I'm fine with that! I also have to suggest Desmond Walter because I think it goes so well together. I also think that boy names with a softer sound (like Miles) sound fantastic with the sophisticated Desmond:

I love this name - it was a close second for our recently born son we named Felix.

We thought the name was sophisticated, smart, masculine, maybe artsy and creative. It is a little off beat - in a good way. I felt like the best part about it was the adorable nn Desi and then the more sophisticated full name to grow into.

I knew a boy named Desmond when I was young. He was kind of nerdy but athletic and popular too, he really fit his name. His nn was Dez

I love the name Desi, but don't care for the full name Desiderio. Desmond isn't my style and I like Destin but that's a town here. Destry is cute
