Aria, does it have substance to it?
What's your opinion on the name Aria?

I think it's pretty, I know many Berries prefer Arianna; but I like both. I think it's simple but I like the exotic aspect to it.

Threw out the old list. Looking for a new one!

Really?! I don't remember seeing any Berry who preferred Arianna/Ariana/Arianne to Aria! It seems like of the Aria- names, Berries generally prefer just Aria... it does lack substance to me, and I vastly prefer Ariana or Arianne (which is obviously why Arianne is my second favorite girls' name, and not Aria, haha). I was about 99% sure I was alone in that opinion on here, though!

Full disclosure, I knew an Aria in high school who was a bit trashy and not a pleasant person, so I have a bad association with the name. That said, I can see the appeal. It has a nice sound and meaning, but I generally prefer names with hard consonants, which are so few and far between on today's popularity lists. So Aria does feel a bit wispy to me in that regard.

I think Aria is gorgeous and full of substance. It's a very complicated and beautiful musical performance, of COURSE it has substance.
