I haven't read all of the pages, but I wanted to say that I think Arrow has a nice sound to it. It appears that your mind is made up on the name. But, if you were thinking of giving her a more formal name, with Arrow as a nickname, you could go with Caroline or Carolyn, nn Aro.

I have gone back through & looked at all the middle name suggestions.
