There will be no 4th baby for me!! I've already mentioned to hubby that it's cheaper for him to get fixed! LOL But seriously, I know I can handle 3 kids, but 4...I really don't think I can handle 4! It's challenging enough figuring out how to make a 3 kids fit into a 3 bedroom house (I know it's do-able, just haven't quite figured it out). And fitting 3 carseats into a car without 3rd row seating is a squeeze! I vowed to never drive/own a van. LOL

So there's no need to to worry about there be a 4th child in this home with a possible theme name. Unless it's a pet, which I don't want anymore pets either.

I can imagine Arrow on a little girl but not with an older bro named Hunter. Zoe, Hunter, and Arrow sound okay though.

I have not read through all 12 pages but I wanted to throw this idea out there! I've always loved odd/different nicknames for more mainstream names and the nn Arrow is one of them. I got it from Caroline... Caro... Aro... said like Arrow. I know lot's of berries think stuff like that is a stretch and dislike the idea but I love it! I apologize if it's already been suggested. Good luck!
Newlywed and patiently waiting to start a family.

I would guess maybe because it sounds similar to harlot?

As far as suggestions for the middle name, there have been a lot so far that came to mind straightaway which other pp's have already mentioned and you've vetoed, so I'll have to think on it a while. I do like the idea some have suggested of finding names that link her to Zoe Grace's name.

I just want to say one thing to mmx. How can you call her narrow minded for going outside the box for names? Makes no sense and I think it goes the other way around honestly.

Anyway, I think Arrow is a great name. Girl or Boy.
Mommy to Pilot David Patrick (5), Dexter Audio (3) and Happy Cordelia (new!)

    If I could have another... Aziza/ Beatrix/ Bluejay/ Fern/ Ingrid/ Marigold/ Norma/ Temple/ Viola
    Anchor/ Cedar/ Cove/ Dudley/ Forth/ Hanes/ Moss/ Thicket/ Ward/ Wolfgang

I think the three names are all on theme - life and things that take life.

    ^^LOL

An arrow doesn't just take life though. Arrows also show direction. And what about cupid's arrow? That one adds to life! a:-)

true, true... It seems you are set on the name. Like Pam said, be aware of the reactions this name and the sibling set will bring. do you want to defend against that all the time? Do you want your daughter to as well?

As has been suggested - I think you can get what you want and avoid misconceptions and discomfort by giving her a name from which you can derive Arrow as a nicname. You can still call her Arrow all the time, but if it poses a problem you have a different first name that is hers.

Straight up, people are going to snicker when they hear you have sibs named Arrow and Hunter. They'd probably also expect Arrow would be the boy and Hunter the girl, or both boys when they hear you have a Zoe. As long as you are willing to accept that fact, then go for it! If she is horrified, she can always go by Ari or her middle name later. I give my kids rather unusual names, but I do try to pick something a bit more run of the mill for a middle name just so they do have something to fall back on if they aren't into standing out with the name I chose for them. Although nowadays, I'd find Mary to be the unusual name.

Yes, I agree. I'm 28...I think....LOL And the names from my parents & grandparents generations certainly are not common anymore. Though I'm sure that by the time I'm old & gray, those names will be coming back.
