I actually don't mind Monroe on a girl... I thought more Berries liked it, too, lol, so I am surprised you got negative feedback on it. Landry also feels quite feminine to me (mainly because the only time I saw it used was a surname for a girl that went to my sister's high school, and I also heard it mentioned on a name forum for a girl). Because Landry feels so feminine to me, I think you could get away with using something like Rose or Rosalie, nn Ro. I actually really like the idea of Rosalie nn Ro.
I can't really think of any others, sorry.
