When in Jan? Mine is the 12th . I'm technically fertile right now and will ovulate in a few days. It's so tempting haha but I've missed the last few Xmas from home wether it be deployment, me being stuck in the US on my visa (I'm from Canada) and this last year I wasn't allowed time off work. So we really want to go home for Xmas and hopefully have a baby shower with all my friends and family if I do get pregnant by the end of summer. Figure it's one more month, we can wait. If we got lucky this month I'd be too far along to fly.

We havent bought any baby stuff yet. I'm waiting until we are confirmed by a doctor. It's just too risky otherwise and not worth the heart break of things don't go as planned. Too much pressure, I'm all about keeping it cool haha. Plus I KNOW if we conceive once all is confirmed we'll be buying lots and I want to save that fun when there is actually a baby to buy for haha.

I agree! I'd rather wait until there is a baby to buy for too. Although I do get happy whenever I buy clothing and I realize that it's "stretchy" and will be useful later too! Haha

I only buy lose stretchy clothes for myself lately too haha.

IF we conceive in May we'll be due around Feb 8. I'd hope to deliver the last week of Jan though lol.

I love it! The stretchy clothes wash better too! And the flowy shirts are just so comfortable! ^^

We haven't picked an exact day yet, but now I really want to! Then maybe I can make a ticker for how long until we will be TTC <3

I know what you mean though <3 When I first found I was pregnant a bit ago, I bought a few things then it didn't work out </3 However, I'm going to stay positive and pray that next time things will go well. I guess buying things makes me feel better. Slowly preparing and gathering stuff until the day when I will need them. My friend actually works at a maternity clothing store even though she's not planning on having one herself for a long time. And she was telling me how maternity clothing sizes go by the same as pre-pregnancy sizes, and how they are SO much more comfortable than regular clothing! She was joking about how she almost wanted to buy some except she didn't want to have to explain where she bought her awesome outfit from And she told me the pants are absolutely amazing. Hehe! I've almost considered buying some, but I feel like I'd scare my boyfriend if I brought maternity clothing home like that But for now, whenever I consider buying items, I look at them and think "so how well would this fit me if I had a baby bump?" LOL!
But your right, it would be more fun if I bought things when there actually is a baby to buy for <3 I think I'll definitely hold off on buying anything more for now-- though I'm still working on crocheting and knitting. Those seem to take quite a while to actually accomplish anyway!
    Waiting to TTC!! <3

I think knitting is a better outlet than shopping, at least for your pocketbook! It's good that you're doing that! There are so many things to do while waiting. Though I'm looking forward to eventually deciding our official TTC date too!

Mmm, agreed! Plus I really do enjoy knitting a bit more, at least at this moment Easy enough to work on almost anywhere, and to stop and pick up at any time! And definitely so much better on the pocketbook!! There are so many things to do while waiting! And though I can't wait to start TTC, I am enjoying things how they are, with preparations and all! I think I'm going to wait until the time is a bit closer before deciding an official TTC date But it will be nice when we decide a solid date!!

Good luck...I did a Father's Day card to tell my hubby with #!, which was fun! We are working on #3 now and hoping for April/May/June conception (we had an easy time with the first 2). The folic acid is a good idea...the best things are rest and a low stress environment. A lot of the other stuff is just fluff, but if it makes you feel good go for it! I hope you have a smooth pregnancy when it happens for you and get plenty of relaxation, "me time" and couple time while you can! *Hopefully you won't have to deal too much with nausea, but if you do ask about Zofran (it saved me through both pregnancies).

Jacomer, how long did you know before fathers day? I'd be able to get a positive result two weeks before if we conceive next month. Hopefully I could keep a secret lol and would book an apt with the dog after fathers day so DH can tag along.
