Definitely Pearl!
So perfect with Elise, Marie and Clara. Pearl Elena or Pearl Lydia would actually work unless you have a middle picked out.
Elise, Marie, Clara and Pearl - beautiful.
Lydia is my second choice since Elena is too close in sound to Elise for my tastes, and also just has a totally different vibe to me than your other names. I love that Elise, Marie and Clara all have a cute, but sophisticated, slightly French and vintage feel. Elena is lovely but more modern and frilly sounding to me.
I adore Lydia and she matches your other names style wise, but I do just love that with Pearl all the girls will have names with unique endings and unique initials.
Elise, Marie, Clara and Pearl sounds perfect

Pearl jumped out at me as fitting with the sibset the best, probably because of syllable count. Pearl is definitely more unique than Lydia, but it doesn't strike me as too weird to be usable. And it's old-fashioned, which I love!

Also, Lydia puts me in mind of the flirty, idiotic Lydia Bennet from Pride and Prejudice. So...a turn off for an Austen addict like myself.
Although, Lydia Pearl sounds pretty. Pearl Lydia only sounds good if the last name is one syllable.

I only ever met one Elise, and wow, you must live in an area were Lydia is a common name. I can't name my baby: Katie, Emily, or Sarah, because those are the names that are super common around me. I even have 3 Sarah B's as friends, we usually have to call them by their last name when talking about them.
The only one I wouldn't go with is Elena, but that's just because I personally have a thing against names sharing the first letter. Like my fiance' and I really like the name Bryce, but his name is Brendan, so there would be two b names and it just bugs me. Plus his initials are BS and even though he finds it funny, I do not want two BS's in my family. Our Cats:

Elise, Marie, and Clara
Lydia:
Lydia (along with Elena) is my favorite of the three. I think it goes well with the other kids' names and the fact that is ends in an a like Clara would not bother me in the least. It is otherwise different enough in sound. It is the most popular of the 3 names on your list. That wouldn't bother me either but I don't mind popular names, that's just me.
Pearl - it does sound a little old to me, too, and I'm not crazy about the sound of it. For some reason, though, I like it as a mn.
Elena - I really like this name. As I said, the a endng with Clara does not bother me. However, because you have an Elise, I'd pick Lydia just to have the names begin with 3 different letters - especialy since they both begin with El- but I don't think it's okay to have an Elise and an Elena if that is your favorite name.
We've been going around and around in circles on the name choice - I'd love to have some more outside input! Which would you choose and why?

I like all of them but my choice would be Pearl, just because it would be so refreshing to see on a little girl.

My recommendation is ...
01. Clara [Latin version of "core classic" name, Claire]
02. Elise [French version of "core classic" name, Elizabeth]
03. Laura [Latin "core classic" name]
04. Marie [French version of "core classic" name, Mary]
... two two-syllable French names ending in "e", and two two-syllable Latin names ending in "a" -- all four of which are "core classic" names or variants thereof.
