Congratulations on your coming baby girl! I'd rank these names:
1) Tiana
2) Kiana
3) Aizah
4) Anaiza
5) Ayana
To be honest, I don't love any of them, but it's just that they're not my style. It would help if I knew where each of them came from, or why they're special to you. I have never heard either Aizah or Anaiza, and they're not in Nameberry's database, so I couldn't look them up. I did click on the other three, and Nameberry says that both Kiana and Ayana are modern inventions. I realize that all names were inventions once, but I tend to dislike names that are merely modern combinations of sounds, preferring names with history (again, that's just me.) Tiana is a diminutive of names like Tatiana and Christiana. It's the one I'd choose from these five.
