Baby Girl Name Help- I Thought This Would Be Easy!

I need your expert help! I am currently due in May with a baby girl. I thought girl names were easier, but I'm stuck.

The issue is that all of the names I like are popular and therefore don't feel "fresh" to me. On the other hand, I don't want to pick an "out there" name just to be different. This is probably my last child, so one chance for a perfect girl name. Oh, the pressure!

Must flow with Oliver (2.5 yr old son)
Last name starts with ABS--------, and sounds Germanic. 2 or 3 syllables, depending on how you say it.
Want something feminine, but not girly, with some spunk
No made up or misspelled names
No "trendy" names, but classic/popular ok
    Literary connections a plus
Oliver has 3 names (Oliver James Ryan), so potentially 3 names

Fave names/nn right now: LUCY, LILY, DAISY

Problem is Lily is too popular, Lucy is rising, and not sure I can see an adult Daisy. What I would love is for your help in coming up with some great combos for Lucy, Lily or Daisy

Other names we like: CLARA, ELOISE, CHARLOTTE, BEATRICE

Family names: BEATRICE, KATHARINE, REED, MARGARET, BESS, LUCILE, HARPER, CAROLINE, AMELIA

Names I like but can't use as first name: JULIET, JOSEPHINE, EDEN, MIA, NORA, GEORGIA

Funky potential middle names: MARCH, MILLAY, ARDEN, MARIN

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Another vote for Lucy. It suits Oliver the best (comparing to Lily or Daisy).
    Lucy Margareth Reed
    Lucy Eloise Arden
    Lucy Amelia Harper

I also like Oliver with Clara.
    Clara Josephine Eden
    Clara Georgia Millay

Btw, I prefer not to use March for a May born baby.

I like the idea of using your family name of Lucile, with the nickname Lucy. I am also in love with March as a middle (or even first) name - I think it's crisp and lovely, and unlike the post above I don't see any problem with using it for a baby not born in March - it's the same to me as using June or August.

My suggestion: Lucile Elizabeth March (or, if you prefer, just Lucy Elizabeth March). I think it flows nicely, sounds good with Oliver James Ryan, and as a bonus, you get a strong Little Women connection by using Elizabeth March.

    Good luck!

I love Lucy! (yeah, I said it.) I kind of wish we hadn't used that name for the dog, because I'd love to consider it for Baby Bee.

I'm not a fan of Daisy. Like you said, it's hard to imagine it on an adult who's not in curlers wearing a frilly flower print dress.

Lily is very pretty, but very popular. Personally, NMS, but I think it's a nice name. If you're ok with the popularity, there are lots of fun combinations you can do.

Caroline is a beautiful name. If you don't like that, maybe Carolina? And since you can't use Georgia, how about Georgiana?

    Lucy Charlotte Arden
    Lucy Clara March
    Lucy Caroline March
    Lucy Georgiana Marin
    Lily Clara Marin
    Lily Charlotte Arden
    Lily Caroline Arden
    Lily Georgiana Marin

    Other names to consider:
    Elizabeth
    Cecily
    Ava
    Rose
    Lila
    Audrey
    Claire
    Cordelia
    Alice
    Hannah
    Evelyn

Did you know that Daisy can be a nickname for Margaret?

How about Margaret Lily, nn Daisy? There are other great nn's for Margaret as well (I like Meg a lot, too).

I think Lucy is also adorable with Oliver (I have a little Ollie of my own who just turned 1 this week!).

Mary and Oliver would make a lovely sibset. The literary connection would be Mary Shelley, author of "Frankenstein".

I second the idea of Margaret nn Daisy, you could also use nn Mary if you preferred. I LOVE the idea of March as a middle name!
