    middle name for Lucy

Lucy is in our top 3 if our next baby is a girl but I haven't found a middle name I love. Our last name is Tys0n.

Lucy is sweet! I know a little girl named Lucy Carolina--I think that's really sweet. I think Lucy Caroline is really pretty, too, if you prefer a more traditional option.

    Other ideas:

    Lucy Eve
    Lucy Catherine
    Lucy Madeleine
    Lucy Matilda
    Lucy Fiona
    Lucy Jane
    Lucy Juliet/Lucy Juliana/Lucy Julia
    Lucy Sophia/Lucy Sofia
    Lucy Rebecca
    Lucy Rachel
    Lucy Evelyn
    Lucy Tabitha
    Lucy Annabel
    Lucy Olivia
    Lucy Zinnia
    Lucy Claire
    Lucy Josephine

    Good luck!

Thanks so much. It's given me some combos to think about.

Lucy Caroline - I like it.
Lucy Eve - dh really dislikes Eve (the whole Adam and Eve thing)
Lucy Catherine (my youngest daughter's first name is Katharine)
Lucy Madeleine - doesn't do anything for me - maybe Lucy Magdalene though...
    Lucy Matilda - nms
    Lucy Fiona - nms
    Lucy Jane - like it
Lucy Juliet/Lucy Juliana/Lucy Julia - not really loving it
    Lucy Sophia/Lucy Sofia - too "s" heavy
Lucy Rebecca - I acutally like it but its my sister's name and we got burned using a family name with one of our kids
    Lucy Rachel - okay
Lucy Evelyn (the whole Eve thing again)
    Lucy Tabitha - nms
    Lucy Annabel - nms
Lucy Olivia - don't like the initials LOT
    Lucy Zinnia - nms
Lucy Claire - my oldest daughter is Clare
Lucy Josephine - one of my son's mn is Joseph

Does Lucy Magdalen Tys0n flow or are those "n"s problematic? DH and I got married at St. Mary Magdalen so it could be a sentimental choice for us.

    One idea is ...

    Lucy Eleanor

... first and middle names meaning "light".

I do like Lucy Magdalen Tys0n! The "N"s are a bit repetitive but not too bad. What about Lucy Magdalena Tys0n?

Lucy Eleanor works though dh has rejected Eleanor in the past (but that was for a first name so maybe it's different?)

Lucy Magdalena has a better ring to it. Not sure if it will be too long for dh. We tend heavily towards short names - all of our other kids have 3 syllables total for their first and middle names. I'll put it on the list and see what reaction it brings.
