There are so many, it's hard to begin...and girls' names have always been harder than boys' for me. Some thoughts to start with:
I see you have Ruby on the list three times with Agnes Ruby, Cordelia Ruby and Ruby Anastasia, so one of my first decisions in narrowing the list down would be which Ruby combo I wanted to keep. Ruby Anastasia is definitely my favorite. I agree with agirlinred in feeling that Agnes would be better with a different middle anyway; I think something longer and more frilly would suit her. I never thought Agnes was pretty until recently, when it began to grow on me. As you can see, I've paired it with Jessamyn in my signature. In addition to agirlinred's suggestions:

    Agnes Callista
    Agnes Jessamine
    Agnes Thessaly

    For Cordelia, perhaps:

    Cordelia Grace
    Cordelia Jane
    Cordelia Frances
    Cordelia Phoebe

The few that jump out at me from the list as "not belonging":

Chelsea Victoria (Chelsea sounds dated to me. Victoria would work well with your set, IMO.)
Haidee Susannah (only because I'm not familiar with Haidee, and it looks "tryndi". I did click on it and see that it's an old and legitimate name.)
    Jolie Cassandra
Samantha Quinn (Samantha also sounds dated.)
I like Savannah Quinn and really like Susannah Margaret, but I wouldn't have Susannah and Savannah as sisters (too similar.) So I'd probably drop Savannah Quinn, too, and leave Susannah Margaret. You could compromise with Susannah Quinn.

I'm also in the camp which prefers putting the formal name on the birth certificate, so I prefer Katherine to Kate, Elizabeth to Libby, and Margaret to Meg (as the official names.) If you do use Meg, I feel she needs a longer middle name, perhaps:

    Meg Aurelia
    Meg Amelia
    Meg Olivia

From your middles list, I love Alice and Araminta as first names! I like Amarantha, too. So I'd add:

    Alice Gwendolen
Araminta Jane (she's in my Top 7!)
    and
    Victoria Grace

Best wishes! Please do keep sharing your story. I may have to move to Washington someday
"He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names."
    Psalm 147:4

    Shaking things up a bit:
Robin Maccabee ~ Bartholomew Prentice ~ Viggo Matthias
Elnora Fairlight ~ Narcissa Rose ~ Sylvie Magdalen
    Triples for fun:
Lucian Barnaby Reuel ~ Gillian Mary Lavinia ~ William Wythe Taliesin ~ Viola Guinevere Loveday ~ George Wystan Llyr

P.S. Adelaide Plum makes me smile. Adelaide is so pretty, and Plum was my youngest sister's nickname before she was born As she really wasn't a round little baby, but the thinner type, it didn't stick. Her name is Haven.

Ha! Dantea, you crack me up -- this is EXACTLY how I feel about Cordelia. (And, similarly, I abhor Juliet and Ophelia -- lovely sounding names, but no kid of mine will be named after a teenage suicide!)

Meanwhile, we are also currently TTC, and I realized that today is exactly 9 months from....Christmas. Fingers crossed we both get very special presents this year! ;-)

Lori -- wow, that's a lot of beautiful names. I like your style! Aside from Cordelia, I think they are all very nice -- but I encourage you especially to keeping considering Agnes and Susannah! I think they're both gorgeous, timeless -- and very under-used.

I can see why your list is so long! So many great choices

These are the ones I absolutely love: Adelaide Plum, Chelsea Victoria, Cordelia Ruby, Eleanor Gray, Emma Juliet (although I think Emmaline/Emmeline Juliet would be tons better), Felicity Abigail, Kate Astoria, Melisande Ivy, Millicent Ivy, Minerva Florence, Phillipa Catherine, Ruby Anastasia, Veronica Gray

And these are ok, I could take em or leave em: Audra Evelyn, Clara Genevieve, Francesca Blythe, Helena Margaret, Isadora Maeve, Kate Augusta, Lucinda Maeve (LOVE Lucinda, but not with Maeve...maybe Ivy), Meg Lauren (There is something really appealing to me about just Meg), Susannah Margaret, Sylvia Claire, Quintessa Morgan

The rest I don't really care for.

I just wanted to point out that Phillipa Catherine honours both the Duchess of Cambridge & her little sister (Catherine & Phillipa Middleton, better known as Kate & Pippa Middleton). If you meant to do this, I think the name is really pretty, but I have some suggestions if you didn't:
    Phillipa Greer
    Phillipa Mae
    Phillipa Sidney
    Phillipa Annabelle
    Phillipa Sophie
    Phillipa Louise
    Phillipa Waverley
    Phillipa Jewel
    Phillipa Isabeau
    Phillipa Isabelle
    Phillipa Verity
Phillipa Prudence (if you are brave enough to do P P alliteration)
    Phillipa Noemi
    Phillipa Elise
    Phillipa Topaz
    Phillipa Jessamine
    Phillipa Rhapsody
    Phillipa Leonie

    01. ADELAIDE Plum - love this, so amazingly gorgeous

    02. AGNES Ruby - I am not a huge Agnes fan, but this is a pretty combo.*

    03. ALBERTA Windsor - I don't like Alberta very much, but I love the use of Windsor in the middle name spot

    04. AUDRA Evelyn - very pretty, though I might prefer it with Audrey as the first name.*

    05. AVA Beatrice - totally gorgeous

    06. CHELSEA Victoria - doesn't really fit your style at all & I don't like either of these names*

    07. CLARA Genevieve or CLARISSA Poppy - I love both of these. Clara Genevieve oozes sophistication, but has the can be fun as well. Clarissa Poppy has the sophisticated Clarissa & the cute Poppy. I can't make up my mind!

    08. CORDELIA Ruby - adore

    09. ELEANOR Gray - pretty, and with loads of NNs: Ella, Nora, Ellie. I also like the use of Gray in the middle name spot.*

    10. EMMA Juliet - adore, although I wish Juliet could be a first name as well.

    11. FELICITY Abigail - NMS

    12. FRANCESCA Blythe - NMS

    16. ISADORA Maeve - I think this is very pretty but I would prefer ISOBEL Maeve or ARABELLA Maeve

    17. JOLIE Cassandra - doesn't fit your style, maybe as Cassandra Jolie.

    18. KATE Augusta - I don't like Astoria, and I don't like Augusta. I also think Kate could be better off as a MN. OPHELIA Kate, ARABELLA Kate, SOPHIA Kate, BEATRIX Kate, CAMELLIA Kate or JOSEPHINE Kate.
