Lyra, Myla, Thea and Rhea are my favourites. Very girly and simple choices, I like them. Mimi is cute as a nn for either Jessamine or something else, too.
As for the rest, I think these names sound really unflattering and awkward: Dellen, Decla, Sosie, Arbor, Noely, Nenna, Mabyn, Mabry, Wynne.
The rest I just don't care for personally, sorry.

Most of these really don't seem like names to me. Sorry.
I only like: Solene, Senna, Noely (prefer the spelling Noelie), Kira.
The rest are so nms.
Ones I'm very much not a fan of: Dellen, Decla, Adair, Arbor, Lydda, Rheya, Mabyn, Mabry, Myla, Mimi.
Adair is SUCH a pretentious name to me. I would imagine the parents of an Adair to be stuck up, and close-minded,rude but think they're entitled to being so, and thinking their way is the right way only. And the little girl to be a reflection of that kind of parenting.
Ideas:
Jolene
Sanna
Nanna
Kyla
Theresa2O - Aries - Slytherin - Daycare Assistant Teacher
Names of the moment:
Adriana | Alena | Laurel
{Adriana Laurel}

Newest thoughts for little ones: Angelo - Caspian - Eden | Brisa - Gisele

Dellen - Seems made up (though it's not really). Kinda like someone put a D on Kellen.
Decla - I'd assume you wanted a boy named Declan so you left the n off.
Soleil - There is a tanning place near here called Soleil Bronze, so I think of that.
Solene - Seems made up.
Senna - Looks like you forgot the i in Sienna, which I prefer.
Sosie - Too nicknamey.
Acacia - This is a GP name for me! I think it's pretty but where I went to college there was a chapter of the Acacia fraternity and I'd feel odd naming her "after" them. Though someone I know has a daughter named Cacia because her dad is a member.
Adair - I actually really like this.
Arbor - Don't really like it.
Noely - Would maybe be a cute nn for Noelle.
Nenna - Too nicknamey.
Nira - Don't really like.
Kira - I like it but I would say keer-ah. Is that how you'd say it?
Lida - It's ok.
Lyra - Kinda like it, NMS though.
Lydda - Seems made up and/or misspelled.
Thea - Like it as a nn.
Rhea - Its ok. NMS.
Rheya - Prefer Rhea.
Mabyn - Don't like it.
Mabry - It's ok. NMS at all.
Myla - It's ok. Prefer Mila (mee-la)
Mimi - As a nn, sure.
Jessamine nn Mimi - Sorry, I really don't like this name.
Wynn/Wynne - Hmm.. I kinda have a soft spot for Winifred nn Winnie, what about that?
