Does this name blend too much?
Does Jonah Finn sound too blended? Almost sounds like I'm saying Jonathan, but messing it up? Lol, I just recall when my parents would use our full names when we would get in trouble or to get our immediate attention, and I wonder if Jonah Finn blends too much. I'm open for criticism!
I'm also open for any 1 syllable middle name suggestions for Jonah...even though I love Finn...lol.
Thanks so much!Pregnant with our first, due 1/5/13!
We've been considering: Jonah Finn or Finn Isaac and Olive Rose (however lately I haven't been too attached to any names, but there's time, I'm not going to stress)

I think Jonah Finn is lovely, but I do see that it blends together a lot when you say it aloud. Does the middle name have to be one syllable or would you be open to something like Jonah Finnley or Jonah Finnegan, Jonah Finnian, Jonah Finnis (saw this one a nother name site) or Jonah Finnur?
If not, than I think Jonah Flynn is the closest you can get to Jonah Finn without it going over one syllable. Jonah Flynn is a little slower and doesn't sound like Jonathan so much.http://angelslittleowl.wordpress.com/

I think it is a good name and I don't think I would have ever noticed it sounds like Johnathon but it does kind of sound like saying it with a british accent if you say it fast haha

I think it does blend together if you say it quickly, but as others have said, that wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker for me. I like the combo a lot on paper and OK spoken aloud. Good luck with your decision!

Thanks for your input, it means a lot! No offense taken for those who don't like it, I'm just not sure if it's a deal breaker for me yet. I still have to run it by my husband. I'm not sure how often we'd use both of his names together, you know? Something to mull over...
Great suggestions above, both multiple syllables and one syllable! Jonah Finley is a good alternative to think about. I like a lot of the other middle names suggested too. Thanks again!
