    I think Camilla is more flexible and much easier to say Kah miller. and yes it is so British too and that is appealing.

    Camille definitely. Avoid the Duchess. I can't see any pronounciation issues.

    I actually prefer Camilla, but if the royalty connection bothers you, then definitely go with Camille.
