Why not just use the word Rustic? I really love that as a name. I also find names such as Susette and Suzanne very rustic, those were just the first two that came to mind. Especially not-too-frilly -ette names are rustic to me. The names Manon, Lucille, Ellamae, Maisie, Primrose is very pretty and rustic as well to me.
