Josephine nn Josie - I love this! Very ladylike, with a fun nickname to go along!
Bertha nn Birdie - I like the nickname, but not sure I could put Bertha on a little girl, all I think of is "Big Bertha"
Lina - Cute!
Naomi (nn Nemi?) - Like Naomi, not sure on the nickname.
Anabel - Love Anabel (prefer Annabel though personally), very nice with lots of cute nickname options
Ada or Adel (Addie) - Adel (but nickname Addie and all the "ad-names" like Addelyn, Addison, etc are becoming quite popular)
Tacy - not sure how you pronounce this one
Tessa - I think Tessa is lovely!
Prim or Rue - Rue only seems to remind me of the Hunger Games
Annika nn Ani - Very pretty!
Olive or Olivia - Prefer Olivia!
Some very lovely names in your list!

Naomi is my favorite girl name so obviously that would be my first suggestion, I think it is unique enough not to really require a nn. Naomi Susan works well together.
As far as your other choices my favorites are:
Ada-lovely and underused
Tacy-I have only heard this in an old film called One Desire with Anne Baxter but found it striking then and still like it now.
Annika-Very pretty and not heard often.
Tessa-A very nice name.
Like but don't love-
Josephine-Josie is okay but Josephine Susan is rather clunky
Anabel-Lovely but a different feeling than Siri
Olive and Olivia-to me overused.
Rue-congers up a very southern feeling but Rue Susan would have the potential to become Rue Sue unfortunate but kids can be cruel.
Adel-I prefer the softer Adela which flows better with Susan as well as Siri.
The other three on your list leave me cold. Prim seems more like a descriptive word of a formal person than a name. Lina isn't terrible I'm just not a fan of it. Absolutely hate Bertha, Birdie is a sweet nickname though.

I think Siri Winter's strength lies in its simplicity and freshness. While I confess I'm not sure too many of these quite match its beauty or quirkiness, you have a couple knock-outs that (as you'll see, haha) I'm wild about.
Josephine nn Josie-I find this very heavy and traditional next to airy Siri, esp. when followed by Susan.
Bertha nn Birdie-I think Birdie works well with Siri, but Bertha? Yikes. Too heavy and dowdy. What about something more like Lark/Larkin or Wren?
Lina-I like this with Siri, though it seems a tad incomplete in its shortness (like it should be short for Carolina or Angelina...) where Siri stands so well on its own
Naomi (nn Nemi?) - Not sure I care for both sisters' names ending in -i. Naomi also seems a tad dated. If you don't mind ending both names in -i, I would suggest Noemi instead, which has a slightly fresher, lighter, equally exotic feel to me.
Anabel - I agree with the pp that this is lovely, but more mainstream vintage compared to foreign, fresh Siri.
Ada or Adel (Addie) - I like Ada and Adele/Adela (not Adel). I agree that Adela Susan sounds gorgeous and works GREAT with Siri (and is arguably related to Norweigan Adelis).
Tacy - Tad nicknamey next to Siri, but I loved the Betsy-Tacy books growing up, so this made me smile.
Tessa - I think this could work well, though Tessa Susan and Siri has lots of S going on...
Prim or Rue - I have never liked Rue as a name since it means "regret" and connotes "rueing the day". I don't care for Prim since a tomboy would be anything but...
Annika nn Ani - I LOVE this choice for you--Annika is underused, but not out-of-the-blue; it's feminine, but spunky with a hint of exotic; and having just answered your other post, I think Annika is a marvelous way to pay homage to your heritage (Anniken, meaning "grace") AND subtly tie in Anakin and Star Wars. Plus Ana, Ani, and Nia would work GREAT with Siri. And the An- in Annika ties it to Susan without being redundant. And I have taught a young Annika; very wearable. Sigh...it's inspired.
Olive or Olivia - Olivia is WAY too common for unique Siri. I find Olive a tad overexposed these days. I would do just Liv, which is Norweigan (according to babynamesworld.com anyway) and fresh/stream-lined like Siri.
I didn't mean to bleed all over your list; sorry! Annika Susan is my first choice hands-down! Adela Susan comes in 2nd in my book with Liv and Noemi following. I might also suggest (if you're open): Linnea (vintage meets Norweigan, and Linnea Susan is gorgeous), Ingrid, Grete (or Greta), Marit, Viva, Aina, and Runa (also Scandinavian and Star Wars-related?). Good luck deciding!
