Thanks for all the suggestions. Last name is kinda long (2 syllables) so I'm looking for something short and sweet as a middle name. Top contenders are Rachel Grace, Rachel Lee (Lee is my Dad's mn), and Rachel Mae.

If you want simple and classic, I know a Rachel Hannah and I think it's lovely.
