These are way over the top as first names, in my opinion, but they would be okay as middles for a very safe first (like Anna or Jane):
Araminta, Lilac, Celestia, Olethea, Perdita, Lucretia, Philomena, Andromeda, Emerald, Amethyst, Euphemia, Dove, Justice, Olive, Tallulah. Many berries would disagree with me on those last two, but I really don't think they're very easy names to pull off and they're not well-received by the general public, in my experience.
I think these are ridiculous, no offense intended:
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Fairy, Chardonne, Whipser (I get this one- it has a great sound- but I don't think it would be fair to saddle a kid with a name like that. Forever a guilty pleasure)
These make me think you're a rabid Harry Potter fan: Sibyl, Lavender, Minerva, Narcissa
These are dated and/or trendy to me: Cassidy, Delaney, Kennedy, Vienna, Brinley, Avalon, Ainsley, Paisley
For GIRLS?- Dominic, Atticus, Lucius, Severus
These aren't my taste, but not bad names: Henrietta, Harriet, Philippa, Petra, Tabitha, Celestine (though I really like this as a middle name,) Beatrix, Mathilde, Matilda, Oleta, Rowena, Odessa
I like these: Iris, Virginia, Cecily, Veda (is it VEE-da or VAY-da?) Roma, Dominica, Santana, Josephine, Beatrice
I love these and they're among my personal favorites: Isadora, Agatha, Verity, Cora, Willa, Violetta

Tallulah is definitely growing on me! But has yet to reach a full on crush.
Wednesday, Tuesday, and Sunday are interesting. I've contemplated using Monday as a name for a girl (but only if that's the day she's born on!) since DH is from Dushanbe which literally means Monday. I'm glad I'm not the only one to consider day of the week names.
Andromeda is my sister's name and will always get my seal of approval!
When I was researching flower names Lavender made it on to my first list. It's not on my current list but it still makes me smile to see it pop up here.
Minerva is one of my current crushes too!
I'm not so keen on Olive but I love Olivia (but dislike Oliver)
Philippa is another one that's growing on me.
Philomena is a newer crush I've recently developed.
I really want to crush on Odessa but I just can't get over its meaning! Such a beautiful sounding name though.
</3 (plus DH has nixed all Russian names in advance before we've even started TTC (bummer since I love the name Sasha, it's one of the few unisex names I like!) so I'm guessing Russian place names are out anyway, too.)

Tallulah - this one seems to be a big favorite around here but it just makes me giggle. I think it's silly.
Wednesday - I'm really not big on days-of-week as names. It's just, TOO common. Like Apple.
Fairy (mn only) - too much, even for a mn.
Andromeda - this one is pretty daring but considering the return of Penelope and even Persephone I think it has potential, esp with the common nn Anne.
Emerald - I like this. Better than Esmerelda
Amethyst - for some reason it seems "low class" to me.
Violetta - pretty frilly, I like just Violet though
Sibyl - it's a historic name but I just don't like it
Beatrix/Beatrice - LOVE Beatrix. Beatrice is a little boring but the X is really cool
Cora - pretty name
Willa - I don't really like it, though I'm okay with Willow so go figure
Mathilde - too foreign and medieval for my taste
Euphemia - oh my no. Looks like Euphoria
Dominic - for a boy, I assume? Nice name, I don't love it or hate it
Atticus - I just loathe this name
Lucius - and I loathe most boys names that end in S
Severus - this one has to be the worst of all of them

Verity - LOVE LOVE LOVE this is one of my most favorite names
Dove (mn only) - Pretty, I like it
Tuesday - another day of the week, feels too common
Minerva - this name just makes me feel nervous
Brinley (f) - I wouldn't croak if I met someone with this name but I don't care for it much
Avalon (f) - This name intrigues me. A lot.
Justice - I like it in theory for a boy, the little girls' clothes store is a bit of a turnoff though
Chardonne (prn like Chardonnay) - um, no thank you. It just seems like the parents were trying too hard
Ainsley (unisex) - Meh
Whipser (mn only) - Whipser or Whisper?
Narcissa - no thanks
Cecily - I really like the way this name sounds
Oleta - I'm not sure how to pronounce this
Josephine - Classic, but too "old aunt" for me
Petra - cool Bible name
Celestine - a little over-the-top, Celeste is gorgeous though
Dominica - the additional A makes it too much like the Dominican Republic
Santana - for someone with appropriate heritage, very cool
Tabitha - cute name starting to come back
Sunday - I think I've mentioned I'm not into the days of the weeks...
Paisley (f) - I've been seeing this around quite a bit, I can't quite get behind it even though it's cute
Roma - just not my style. Nothing wrong with it really though
Olive - don't like it
Virginia - classic, old enough to be worth considering again
