Help with middle names and a boys name...
Hi Nameberry! I'm not currently expecting, but I've been a name nerd my whole life. I was wondering if I could get some help on adding middle names to the following:
- Clover
- Flora
I'm looking for something more traditional as middle names. Not too common, but definitely names that people would know. I don't want anything really well-known (nothing like Katherine, Anne, etc.). I have two daughters named Georgia and Emme, just so you get to know my name style. Their middle names are Hope and Ariel Ruby.
Also, I'm looking for a boys name. I used to LOVE Theo, but a recent personal connection to it made me start to dislike the name. I'm hoping for something that would fit well in a sibset with Clover and Flora. Middle name suggestions are also welcome. Names my husband and I have considered using before we knew we were having daughters in our last two pregnancies were Bennett, Remi, and Riley.
All suggestions welcome!
Thanks,
Lauren

I don't mean this to be rude but I did have a little laugh when I saw that you are considering Clover and Flora because both of them are the name of brands of butter in the UK! However, I do love Flora - I think Florence with the nn Flora would better fit your sibste. I think Georgia, Emme and Florence would be wonderful. If not, Flora still gets my vote. Flora is a recognised name, whereas Clover is too much like a brand to me anyway.

As for boys names I love Bennett, which is a bit of a new love for me. Riley is gorgeous but apparently going to hit top 10 in the UK for 2011 so it's very trendy here. Remy, with a Y, but obviously a little rhymey with Emme.
Georgia, Emme and Theo seems perfect but here's some other ideas...

I think the suggestions you've gotten for boys' names are very good.Last edited by judyariel; February 15th, 2012 at 07:22 PM.
