I can't quite make it to 10 since a lot of these names aren't quite my style but here are 5 that I like. Maybe after mulling it over for a while I'll decide I like a few more.
Genevieve Reine - Good coordinating meanings (if you have Reine as a variation on Raine)
Elizabeth Alexandra - I like the long names together.
Natalia Ivana - good flow and could easily add a second mn. Good coordinating meanings.
April Octavia - I just like the sound
Scarlett Soleil - I like the doube s.

Ooo wow, lots of choices, I've made 2 lists. Both lists rank 1-10, from fave to least.
1st list is my favourite combos as you have them:
1. Ivy Arabella
2. Cordelia Faye
3. Alice Bryony
4. Juliette Clara
5. Amelie Rose
6. Philippa Charlotte
7. Evelyn Iris
8. Gabriella Pearl
9. Josephine Leona
10. Valentina Faith
Second list is my favourite first names off your list, but some I don't like the middles with them:
1. Ivy Arabella - I love love love Ivy, and the combo Ivy Arabella. It tops both lists
2. Geneveive Reine - I love Genevieve but Reine feels trendy
3. Josephine Leona - I don't love the combo, it's lacking something, but I love Josephine. I'd do Josephine Margo, Josephine Iris, Josephine Alice or Josephine Pearl maybe?
4. Alice Bryony - I like both names seperately, and love Alice, but the flow isn't great
5. Claudia Devon - I love Claudia but I don't like the repeating "d" sounds in the names and Devon feels too trendy and unisex
6. Tessa Rae - sounds a bit country to me with Rae in the middle, but I love Tessa. I'd do Tessa Josephine, Tessa Giselle, Tessa Genevieve etc
7. Cordelia Faye - I still love this, but Faye isn't my fave in the middle
8. Lydia Delilah - I adore Lydia and Delilah but again the repeating "d" sounds are throwing me off
9. Hannah Lydia - I have a real soft spot for Hannah but the flow of this combo doesn't work for me
10.Valentina Faith - I love Valentina but I don't like Faith with it, I'd pair something more elegant and vintage sounding like Valentina Faye, Valentina Grace, Valentina Pearl, Valentina Claire.
Best of luck!

I ranked these in order of my favorite combos, not necessarily the favorite FN...
Alice Bryony - love. This is so perfect as it is, and I love sweet Alice and spunky, naturey Bryony.
Genevieve Reine - adore Genevieve and Reine is interesting. How do you say it, though? It's not my favorite Genevieve combo ever but I do like it.
Ivy Arabella - I adore both names and I like them together, but I don't love them as much as the first two. I think I would prefer Arabella Ivy, too...
Gwendolyn Faye - LOVE Gwendolyn and her nns (predominantly Winnie and Leni, but I do like Gwen too), and I think Faye pairs with her very well. I don't love Faye, but I do love the combo.
Juliette Clara - I like this a lot but prefer the Juliet spelling. Juliet Clara is nice but I think Juliet Claire flows better.
Hannah Lydia - I don't think this particularly flows well but I love both names separately and together! I think another MN would sort out the flow issues--something like Hannah Lydia Pearl would be sweet.
Charlotte Philippa - LOVE Charlotte and Philippa pairs with it well... I just don't particularly like Philippa.
Evangeline Ada - LOVE Evangeline which is why it made the list but I don't particularly like Ada, and I don't think Evangeline Ada flows well...
Josephine Leona - this is very sweet and I like the spunky Leona next to the classic and classy Josephine. I think Lydia Josephine and Leona Josephine would be nice, too.
Portia Eden - I adore both of these separately and I like them together, but it really doesn't do much for me as it is... I like the names enough that she beat out the other options, though. I think Eden Portia would appeal to me more.
Good luck!Ashley

Really difficult to limit it to 10 but I did.
1. Evangeline Ada - This combo sometimes makes its way on my list. Would love to see someone use it.
2. Claudia Devon - I usually don't like unisex names like Devon, but something about this combination is really stunning. A beautiful mix of masculine and feminine parts.
3. Ivy Arabella - Beautiful and elegant.
4. Charlotte Philippa - There's something very regal about this combo. It seems very polished and British to me -- maybe Victorian Era.
5. Felicity Autumn - Spunky and pretty.
6. April Octavia - Very nature inspired and organic - seems very wholesome and girl next door.
7. Giselle Caterina - Exotic. Very top model-esque. A real stand-out.
8. Katherine Margo - A mix of vintage and modern. Classic and classy.
9. Alice Bryony - An unexpected combo - sweet and creative.
10. Portia Eden

Not in any order!
Madeline Danielle: Madeline is so sweet and always a great name, and Danielle is a great name, despite people saying that it's dated, I think it's still perfect, especially for a middle!
Genevieve Reine: Genevieve is a great classic and beautiful, and I've always loved Reine! Great flow and great names.
Adriana Christine: Exact same thing I said for Madeline Danielle!
Tessa Rae: Tessa isn't my favorite, but I love Rae for a middle name, and it livens Tessa up!
River Amelia: River is such an adorable name for a girl, but I can also see a River being grown up and mature. Amelia grounds the slightly off-beat River nicely!
Devon Verona: LOVE Devon and its variants on a girl, and Verona is very pretty!
Felicity Autumn: This name just conjures a great image in my head! Spunky and adorable
Evelyn Iris: Separately I'm not a total fan of either of these names, but together they sound great!
Giselle Caterina: Both Giselle and Caterina are pretty and elegant!
Adela Marie: Marie normally seems like a pretty filler middle name, but I love Adela!16-year-old, not-so-average teenage boy with an obsession for baby names and animals. That's me!
