Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns. ~George Eliot

Juneau- but that's rather feminine so you may not like it
Jason- I always think manly but skinny for some reason haha
James- classic but not too manly

With Dawson, is that after anyone in particular or do you just like the sound?

    Thanks for all the suggestions!
I did like James a while back but was worried about it being to popular, however it seems to have lost some of it's popularity. Jameson is good but I agree it doesn't work so well with Dawson as a middle name. I was considering Jace, not short for Jason though, I know a Jason and do not like him. Jacob and Jasper have become popular because of Twlight :s which is unfortunate as I do like the name Jacob. Not a big fan of Jethro, I think it's something about the sound of it. My best friends last name is Jones, so it's always been a surname to me. I know a few Justins, none of which I like, so it ruins the name for me. I also have a friend named Jerome.
My favourties are: Joel, Jett, Jace, Jenson (although my husband won't go for that), and James. No John as it's already my father-in-laws name. Unfortunately I know alot of people with J names, so it's hard to pick one that hasn't been used. I might just tell my husband too bad and just name him Dawson instead haha.
I really appreciate all the name suggestions

@ferntailwp, I really couldn't say why I like the name Dawson, I guess it is just the sound, and it makes me think of Leonardo Dicaprio in Titanic haha I always loved him as a teenager.
