Ama (AH-muh) - I've thought about this as a nn for something like Amaya, Amelia, or Amabel, and I do like the Am- beginning... it's very sweet and soft. I'm not sure it really works and it has a bit of an awkward sound to me, though, which is why I've rejected it from my own list.
Amabel (AH-muh-belle) - I used to like this, but I've ultimately fallen out of love with it, mainly because I love other -bel names (Isabelle, Annabel, Arabella), I hate that this is what Mabel comes from (no offense to anyone... I just can't stand Mabel, lol), and I've always heard people say that Amabel and Annabel will get confused. Amabel and Annabel honestly look really similar, and I just prefer sweet Annabel, personally.
Arabel (Do you prefer the ARE-uh-belle or AIR-uh-belle pronunciation?) - I adore Arabella but Arabelle/Arabel has never quite appealed to me as much. I prefer the AIR-uh-belle prounciation, and I even prefer the Arabelle spelling. It is pretty--I just like Arabella more.
Astrid - love! I considered this for my own list but I think, ultimately, if I add another "A" name to my list it'll be Adele.
Aviva* - love! It's' so full of life and fiery and sweet. I would love to meet an Aviva.
Channary* - not my thing at all, sorry! I can't get past "canary"...
Charmaine - For some reason I think of a Disney character (Sharpay, maybe?), and Charlemagne...
Coral* - I'm not a fan of Coral (or even Coralie, or Coraline), but I adore Cora!
Erika - not my thing. I had a good friend in college named Erika, but I like the Erica spelling so much more. It also feels very dated to me.
Flair/Flare/Flara* (which one's the best?) - Flara, I guess, but I honestly prefer Clara, Claire, and Fleur/Flora. Flair/Flare/Flara are not my thing at all, sorry.
Kelley - like Erika, too dated for me, sorry. I would be much more impressed to see this on a boy--I love "unisex", traditionally boys' names given back to the boy (i.e. Kelly, Shannon, Bailey, Avery, Emerson, etc.)...
Kimarie (combination of "Kim" and "Marie" - said kind of like Emery.) - nms, sorry. I keep thinking of kimonos, haha.
Laurel - love! Charming and sweet and down-to-earth and pretty. One of my favorites from your list.
Lisanne/Lizanne - nms, even though I love Lisette and Arianne...
Riane (ree anne) - again, I prefer Arianne. Riane isn't bad, just nms, personally.
Sky - very trendy right now. I can see its appeal but I wouldn't use it as a FN, personally, and I would love to see Schuyler on a boy so much more than Sky(e) on a girl.
Vive/Viv'e (veev and vee-vay, respectively. I think I kinda made them up, lol.) - I think these would be sweet nns for Vivienne or Violet... although I kind of doubt those are your style.

Laurel, Astrid, Aviva, and Arabelle/Arabel are my favorites.

Ama (AH-muh) - Doesn't really seem like a name to me. AMA is the Alberta Motor Association here.
Amabel (AH-muh-belle) - It's cutesy, but I could easily see it being mistaken and need correction constantly for Annabelle
Arabel - I would pronounce it like Ar-ah-ble, like in Charlottes web. NMS
    Astrid - NMS
Aviva - This is also an Insurance company
    Channary - NMS
    Charmaine - Dislike by association
Coral - Don't mind Coral at all
Erika - I know too many!!
Flair/Flare/Flara - Flare for me would be the lesser of 3 evils, but I don't like any for a first name
    Kelley - Outdated imho
Kimarie - As a Kim myself, I dislike this.
Laurel - I love this name spelt Laurelle
Lisanne/Lizanne - Sounds a bit hickish? Like it should be a double barrel name Liz-Anne
Riane - I don't mind it, but I think the spelling could use work, I want to pronounce it Rye-Anne
Sky - NMS by association. I know too many trashy girls with this name.
Vive/Viv'e - Maybe as a nickname for Vivienne or another V name?

Will get back to you on suggestions!

Thanks guys! Some of these are just fantastical musing, and I would never use them in real life, but it's still nice to get people's opinions on them! Keep the reviews coming! ^_^

Ama not bad but nms, I imagine you would get "ama? am a what?"
Amabel - I like this but say AM ah bell (or something like that)
Arabel - nms it's OK but I like the Arabelle spelling
Astrid - love this name, the actress Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey has such a cool name imo
    Aviva* - OK but nms
Channary* -not a fan reminds me of the Canary or cannery
Charmaine - not a fan and I went to school with one who did the name no favor, reminds me of Charmin toilet paper
Coral* - OK but prefer Coralie
Erika - very 80s to me
Flair/Flare/Flara* (which one's the best?) - I wouldnt consider Flair to be a name and I dont care for the others
    Kelley - very dated imo
Kimarie (combination of "Kim" and "Marie" - said kind of like Emery.) - nms sounds made up
    Laurel - LOVE this
    Lisanne/Lizanne - OK but dated
Riane (ree anne) - looks like Raine misspelled
Sky - not a fan of this name, seems strippery to me
Vive/Viv'e - Vive means live in French as in "Vive la France" and is pronounced "veev", I dont think of it as a name (and it isnt used as one as far as I know) so it seems weird to me. Viv'e just looks made up and weird to me.

Ama - Its ok I think Alma would be a better alternative
Amabel - I like it, and Ama would make a good NN for it
Arabel - I prefer either pronunciation, it seems incomplete though I think Arabella is better
Astrid - This seems very old lady and stuffy compared to your other names
Aviva* - OOH I love this one!
    Channary* - NMS
Charmaine - it looks like Charmin to me....
Coral - Its ok, it gives me a nice mental picture though
Erika - Spell it correctly or don't use it! It is only hard on the child because they are constantly correcting people. There is nothing wrong with Erica!
Flair/Flare/Flara* (which one's the best?) - None of them, too much pressure involved!
Kelley - Again spell it properly! There is nothing wrong with Kelly!
Kimarie (combination of "Kim" and "Marie" - said kind of like Emery.) - It seems like a knock off version of Kimora which I find a lot prettier!
Laurel - LOVELY!!!!! Definitely my favorite of yours
    Lisanne/Lizanne - DATED!!!!
Riane (ree anne) - reminds me a lot of Rihanna but not bad
Sky - It seems incomplete, what about Skyla or Skylar?
Vive/Viv'e (veev and vee-vay, respectively. I think I kinda made them up, lol.) - They both look like made up NNs for Vivienne to me.

    Ama -- This is okay
Amabel -- It's nice but i don't like it much
Arabel -- I prefer the ARE-uh-bell pronunciation and this name is so pretty! Love it!
Astrid -- I love this name in theory for it's great mythology, but it might be hard to pull of IRL because of the ass sound in the beginning
Aviva-- This is interesting. Very pretty
Channary -- NMS sorry. It's doesn't sound very attractive
Charmaine -- this is pretty but I'm unsure if I like it. It almost sounds like Charlemagne but with the middle sound removed and then spelled weirdly.
Coral -- eh don't like it at all
Erika -- This is nice and old fashioned a bit. Pretty though and definitely wearable
Flair/Flare/Flara -- I don't know which is best and I don't like any of them sorry
Kelley -- weird spelling but nice name! Dated, true, but still feminine and pretty
Kimarie -- i would have said it Kim-Marie not Kim-ery which is what it sounded like you wanted. It's okay though
    Laurel -- nms
Lisanne/Lizanne -- It's okay, I like it fine but I don't have many feelings about it
Riane -- I like it. I think I'd like Rhiannon a bit better
    Sky -- Very pretty
Vive/Viv'e -- both of these seem like nicknames for Vivian/Vivienne to me. Like Vivi (viv-ee)

Ama (AH-muh) - With the ah-muh pronouncation... No. It just sounds odd to me. I do like ay-muh though.
Amabel (AH-muh-belle) - No. Sounds weird.
Arabel - Air-uh-bell. Love. Are-uh-bell sounds weird to me.
    Astrid - Dont like.
    Aviva* - Dont like.
Channary* - Reminds me of cannary. No.
    Charmaine - No.
Coral* - I like Cora better.
    Erika - Not my style.
    Flair/Flare/Flara* - No. None.
Kelley - Too plain for me.
Kimarie - I actually like the sound of this. I would like Kimary (Mary instead of Marie) better though.
    Laurel - This is okay.
    Lisanne/Lizanne - This is okay.
Riane (ree anne) - Dont like. It sounds incomplete.
Sky - I like as a middle name.
Vive/Viv'e - Do not like. At all.
    Top 10:

Girls - Annika, Claire, Ellora, Hannah, Jadis, Luella, Penelope, Samara, Saoirse and Siobhan.

Boys - Atticus, Caspian, Cassander, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Leander, Malachi, Perseus, Silas and Sora.

    But it changes often.

    Ama (AH-muh) - I don't really like it.
Amabel (AH-muh-belle) - Ditto as Ama
Arabel (Do you prefer the ARE-uh-belle or AIR-uh-belle pronunciation?) - I like it, but I like the prn Are-uh-belle.
    Astrid - Nms at all.
Aviva* - I like this one!
    Channary* - It's not bad, but it's a bit...outthere. I like Chandler more.
Charmaine - Awww, my mom's friends name. <3 It's nice, but I can only see it on a 40+ person. Lol
Coral* - I like it, nms, but I like it
Erika - Love Erika, but spelled Erica/Ericka.
Flair/Flare/Flara* (which one's the best?) - Flair. I keep thinking of the wrestler Rick Flair though...so it's kinda masculinized for me.
Kelley - I love Kelley, but spelled Kelly
Kimarie (combination of "Kim" and "Marie" - said kind of like Emery.) - I don't really like it. It's not bad, but it's not great.
Laurel - AH, my middle name. Lol. I like it, but it's kinda...old fashioned sounding, so I think of older people. Probably cause it's also my great aunt's name. It's not a bad name at all though. I know another little girl named Laurel, and she wears it so well.
Lisanne/Lizanne - I like Lisanne more, but not by much.
Riane (ree anne) - It's okay
Sky - I like Sky, but spelled Skye more.
Vive/Viv'e (veev and vee-vay, respectively. I think I kinda made them up, lol.) I like Vive, but not Viv'e. I do not like apostrophes in names AT ALL. Vive would be a great nn for Genevieve as well.
    2O - Aries - Slytherin - Daycare Assistant Teacher

    Names of the moment:

    Adriana | Alena | Laurel
    {Adriana Laurel}
