    Huh. I've got a degree in English, yet I've never given the literary connection much thought.

    I know both girl and boy Brontes (always prn BRON-tee). On a boy, I find it vaguely effeminate and on a girl, I find it harsh-sounding and masculine. (Doesn't make much sense, but there you have it.)

    Plus the brontosaurus thing.

    It's too clunky for my taste. I also don't know how to pronounce it.
