The real problem for me answering this is that many of these are very nickname-y. I don't want to use them as full names, but I'm not in the habit of using nicknames at all.
1. My favorites are Cara and Tara... said with "ar", not "air" like the others. I don't count them as part of the set. Of the ones I say the way I assume you intend, Lara.
2. Holly
3. Not much of a set of 4; the only ways I can think of to say Shana are the same as Shanna or the same as Shauna. That said, Shanna, or Shana said as Shanna.
4. Hayden
5. Bria or Rhea
6. Brandi, probably because it's the only one that's not a nickname.
7. Cori, or Glory if I'm in a slightly pretentious mood.
8. Melissa "Missy" for the nickname, but I can probably find a nicer full name for Lissie.
9. Leila (just to make it clear, layla, not lyla), followed by Lola.
10. Anna
11. If I can do Rei, I'll take that. If not...
12. Callie or Hallie
13. Kylie
14. I'm not sure I'd say Dina and Mena the same as the others. Nina, probably.
15. I'd like to say June because there are so few "oon" names, but probably Jane.
16. Mac
17. Brad
The last few are mixed-gender sets.
18. I can't make a meaningful choice here.
19. Connie (girl)... and I'll cheat and say that I've said one name, even though it's not a complete answer.
