Anything nicknamey. Poppy, Ellie, Quinnie, Vivi. If you can't see a serious adult shaking hands with an employer and saying "Nice to meet you, I'm _____" then it isn't the right name.
Right Now I would name them...
    ∆ Ellis Apollo • Vesper Aurelia ∆

    ∆ Casper Aloysius • Reverie Antonia ∆

    Sailor . Waverly . Ever . Harlow . Elliot . Jasper . Lirit . Muse . Egypt . Ireland . Primrose . Calypso . Rowan

I live in the UK where nicknames as first names are all the rage; Elsie, Alfie, Archie, Theo, Leo, Millie, Tilly, Gracie, Lexie etc. I really dislike the trend because I don't think they age well at all.

Trendy and made up names don't age well at all so that's Kinsley, Tenley, Jaden, Baylor, Jalen etc. Grandma Kinsley? Oh dear!

Food/Drink/Car/Brand/Pet names; Bentley, Coco, Mercedes, Honey etc.

Then there are actual names like Chloe, Aidan, Luke, Ethan, Dylan which I've never thought aged well.

Wow, I have to laugh at the overthinking of this entire concept. The name of someone is always taken over by their personality. Grandma Brandi will be in the Grandchild's mind their Grandma Brandi. There's nothing funny about that.

    For boys: Cody, Casey, Toby

For girls: Mindy, Misty, Gigi, Kylie, Kaylee
Mother of three teenagers: (1) Daniel Glen, (2) Timothy Austin, and (3) Rebecca Jane... all middle names honor family... 3rd generation mn Jane. (A second girl would have been Susanna Eve and a third boy, maybe Isaac...)
