    Biddy: Wearability and Full Names?

I like the idea of Biddy as a nn (I like its literary value, think it's cute, etc), but I was wondering if anyone thought that it isn't wearable.

Also I don't really like Bridget, so I was wondering if anyone had any full names they thought worked for it.
    Thanks!

I always heard the negative phrase 'old biddy' meaning an old woman. I have known a Bidita who went by Bidi.

I don't think that it's wearable as a full name, but I think that it could be cute as a nickname. I do agree that the phrase "old biddy" came to mind pretty quickly.

My first thought was that it was a nickname for Elizabeth. I think it could also work as a nickname for Bernadette, Tabitha, Bithia / Bethia, or Bethany.

Thanks for the feedback! Honestly, the old biddy thing is what I expected to hear, just hoped otherwise.
