Finally, when Heidi and Isla have just about started school, I fall pregnant for what Sebastian and I decide is definitely the last time. We get two kittens named Cleo and Lux to compensate for moving the twin from separate bedrooms into the same bedroom to make space for the newborn, and eight months later I give birth to a bright-eyed baby boy.
We name him Romeo Declan Carter and he, like his siblings and his Daddy has brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. I have to say I'm glad I have dark hair too otherwise I'd definitely be the odd one out!!

Ten years later -

Conor is nineteen and in his second year at university studying history of art. He has a large social circle and keeps on top of his studies. After university, he wants to take a gap year and travel South America. He eventually wants to work in an art gallery.

Parker is seventeen and still in school. He is taking his A Levels - Sociology, Law and French. He would like to go to university in France to study French Law. He is not as sociable as Conor and prefers to focus on school. He came out as gay when he was fifteen and for the last six months has been in a relationship with a boy called Elliott.

Indie is fourteen. She has dyed her dark hair platinum blonde and shocking pink. She receives a lot of male attention, much to her father's dismay! She doesn't always pay attention in class and is often late handing in her homework. Talia is fourteen, but is taking her GCSEs a year early - English, Maths, Science, History, Media Studies, Sociology, Religious Studies and French. Like Conor and Parker, she is very focused and has dreams of going to university.
