    Nicknames for Caroline?

    I like Clee and Kit.
Do you think they are too much of a stretch?
I am not a native speaker of English, so do they happen to have bad connotations in English?

I've never heard of either of those as a nickname for Caroline, but I think they could work. And no, I don't believe they have any negative connotations in English. Kit is a common nickname for Katherine.

My favorite nicknames for Caroline would be Callie and Cara. Good luck!

I've always thought that Kit/Kitty was more of a nickname for Catherine than Caroline. I personally love Callie or Calla as a nickname for Caroline.
