I have 3 now and am trying to decide if I want another baby. Some days, I think I definitely do but I certainly have moments when the kids are acting up or are all sick and I don't think I could handle another. I'm 34 now, so if I'm going to do it, I need to do it fairly soon. 5 kids would be my absolute max and if I had that many, I think I'd be sending my husband in to get snipped.

poptart- The move from three to four is the easiest yet, honestly. I found moving from two to three kids almost impossible. I felt like 'how does any woman do this?' but having my fourth has chilled me out, if anything!
I initially wanted three kids, and thought I was done. But then I thought I'd be with the father of my kids forever.
Upon meeting my current husband, I wanted to give him the experience of being a father desperately, and I wanted to share that experience with him [desperately] too.
It just goes to show, you can never predict what you will feel a few years down the line.
The biological pull to procreate goes pretty deep.mum to the lovely Harriet Katia (10) Beatrix Liv (6) and Cordelia Joyce (4) and Lionel Rafferty (1 whole year already)

I'm still fairly young (too young to have children and support them, ect.) but I've always wanted a lot of kids. In fact, when I was hanging out with one of my friends, I decided I wanted to have four children, and adopt a fifth. I think that this is a nice fantasy, but I don't think it's very realistic. I love kids, and it would be great to have them, but depending on when I get married and how I can deal, I may only have three. But I'm deffinetly going to adopt. There's no question about that.

I would love four. I'm going to have at least two and just see where it goes from there, and if my mental state can handle two more children. If I end up getting pregnant with a third by accident I will HAVE to have a fourth because I was a child of three and hated it.Jane, Vivian, Lydia, Annabeth, Tallulah (Lula), Florence, Virginia, Mabel, Risa, Eve, Eloise, Susannah

I have one child and I loved being pregnant, giving birth, the newborn stage etc. He is now 5 years old and we are trying for number 2 and it's not going so well I would love to have lots and lots of kids, but the thing is, I need them to be widely spaced. I cannot handle a toddler and a baby at the same time. To me, a toddler IS a baby, and if I had two babies I would not be the kind of mother to them that they deserve. So, 4 years in between each child. I'm 26 right now. So that would put me at 6 kids in total if I have my last one at 43. Provided of course I am able to have any more kids at all...Oh, and I would really like to adopt one as well, and since my husband is from Sierra Leone, and has Sierra Leone citizenship, and there are tons of orphans out there, that should be doable.
