Ashlyn or Imena-Imena. Ashlyn is too common
    Alana or Concordia-Concordia becuz ^
    Bianca or Candace-Candace. More classic.
    Cara or Ruth-Ruth. More classic
Claire or Niamh-Claire. I'm American, and everyone would pronounce Niamh wrong.
    Deborah or Melissa-Deborah. More classic.
    Evangeline or Nashira-Evangeline. More classic
Fallon or Raidah-Fallon, though i dont like this name. Raidah sounds like Raider
Honor or Briana-Honor, though i am not fond of this name. Lesser of two evils
    Kira or Kalinda-Kalinda. Idk.
Rosa or Rósín-Rosa. Not one for accents on letters.
    Sybil or Cassandra-Cassandra. Prettier.
Stella or Roxanna-tough one. Roxanna sounds stronger to me though.
Willa or Wilhelmina-Willa. More classic and not as...dark seeming, i guess? Idk.
    Adelaide or Alissa-ADELAIDE.
Claudia or Gladys-Claudia. Gladys would be cruel and unusual.
    I'm Sierra.
    I write poetry.
I have no life--just my imagination.

Winifred, Faye, Adelheid, Agnes, Anne, Eleanor, Hollis, Arthur, Benedict, Finn

Ashlyn or Imena - Ashlyn seems a bit tired.
Alana or Concordia - Alana is a great name. Concordia makes me think of aeroplanes
Bianca or Candace -I think Bianca is a lovely underused name. Candace makes me think of candida i.e. thrush!
Cara or Ruth - I really like both of these names, but a very dear cousin of mine is called Ruth, so the positive associations just tip the balance.
Claire or Niamh - Again I like both, but Niamh just sounds prettier to me
Deborah or Melissa - I kno people think it's dated, but I would love to meet a baby Debs!
Evangeline or Nashira - Ambivalent to Nashira, but dislike Evangeline
Fallon or Raidah - Dislkie both, but Fallon is marginally better
Honor or Briana - I'm not that keen on virtue names
Kira or Kalinda - Reminds me of a character in Star Trek who was a complete badass!
Rosa or Rósín - Very pretty, slightly unusual name
Sybil or Cassandra - Sybil will always be Basil Fawlty's wife to me!
Stella or Roxanna - Not that keen on either, but Stella is the better of the two
Willa or Wilhelmina - Willa is short and snappy, whereas Wilhelmina is too frilly for my tastes & makes me think that the parents secretly wanted a boy to call William
Adelaide or Alissa - This is actually one of the rare times that I prefer the 'y' spelling (Alyssa)
Claudia or Gladys - Gladys is growing on me, but still a bit too old ladyish (albeit a young-at-heart one). Claudia goes well at any age
