    Middle name for River!

Okay, I always thought River as a mn, but DBF decided he loves it at a first name for a boy(if you think I'm "out there" with names.. talk to him ).

    So, here we are.

    Vote away.

Ah yes, I also have a list for the more "common" names to go with it, but I'm not posting those because it's boring when all of you just go for the "least unusual" name and neglect to choose what you think is the best out of the "unusual" I've posted. That's what I'm looking for. I know you all like August and Gabriel and Ivan and Benjamin and whatever. I get it. Pick from these!

    Hehe.

River Ashley gets my vote. River Ashton could be a thought if you want avoid some of the gender ambiguity.

I love River Ashley on a boy and I voted for it but you are right it could be too gender ambiguous esp with Ashley having "gone to the girls". Stupid girls . I think you might be better off with a gender defining middle name. Pulling from your signature: River Nikolai, River Finneas, or River Sedric (though I prefer Cedric) would all be great combos and you wouldn't have to worry about gender benders. (Also should your kid end up wanting a more tradition name he's have that options).
