My name is Caroline Louisa Prescott and I'm a young, successful, published author. I've recently returned home from a cross-country book tour with three other authors, Carolly Erickson, John Curtis Perry, and Constantine Pleshakov, all of whom are close friends of mine. When I return home, I jump back into writing my next best-seller, sign a contract for movie rights from my last book, and deliver my manuscript to my swamped editor.
I'm 31, I write historical fiction books, and I live in New York, New York.
I live in this house: http://interiordesigningblog.com/wp-...se-designs.jpg
Six months after I return home from my book tour, I meet my future husband, the guy I'd never thought I'd meet outside of my books.
The dean from the college I graduated from, Columbia University, asks if I would like to guest speak at the school. I accept the invitation. The lecture hall they put me in is packed full with students and professors. It goes so well, I come back to lecture two more times before the dean offers me a job as a part-time creative writing professor at the university. Excited, I take the job. Over the course of my first semester, I grow close to another English professor named Nolan Timothy Cooper. He is 40 years old, modest, patient, educated, and brilliant. My new students are giggling when they find out that six months into my teaching gig, I'm dating the professor.
Nolan and I are crazy about each other and after nine months of dating, the two of us move in together, buying a house in the suburbs of a new city.
We move to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Our new home looks like this: http://www.thehousedesigners.com/ima...terior%201.jpg
Nolan and I are together for three years when he finally asks me to marry him! I spend four months planning my dream unconventional wedding, with my readers offering their congratulations worldwide.
He proposes while we're strolling through the park on a beautiful fall evening, sipping tea.
Our wedding looks like this:

You're horrified and call your agent, Corrine Wilson, to see about getting this person's name. The book critic is a 40 year old man named Ronan Anders. You contact him via e-mail, asking him politely to meet with you for lunch--you're buying. He responds within a day and the two of you meet at Anthony's a week later. He turns out to be a witty, outgoing, intelligent, and savvy. After 8 more dates, your status on Facebook went from "single" to "in a relationship."
