I love Alistair! We are considering Alastair if this little one is a boy. It's been a favorite since my early crush on Alasdair on Nickelodeon's "You Can't Do That On Television." I loved that show.
Anyway, I agree with krismichelle that about Alistair Rhys sounding like Alice Therese, so I'd go with Alistair Graham. I also like the suggestions of Alistair Jude and Alistair Gray.

Not girly at all. But I am a name nerd I do wonder for non name nerds (in the US where it's rarer, which is where I'm assuming you are?) if the overlap with Alice, or for that matter Allison, could be a problem? Perhaps your husband should do a starbucks test : D?
I do really like this name fwiw. I also like Alaric, which seems to have some overlap, and has the added Rick nickname.
I also prefer Alistair Graham, reminds me of Alexander Graham like Mr. Bell. I will say, Alistair doesn't have much in the way of nicknames, Al? I wonder if Alexander with a pet name of Alistair would be more versatile in that regard.
Good luck whatever you decide!
