That's weird because I'm 22 also, and have never met a single April. I like it a lot, and was gonna put it on my list too!

I also love Isolde (which I understand people not liking) and Jane (which I don't get at ALL)

For boys I would have to say Harold (Harry), Edgar (Eddie), Nikolai, and Dmitri have all gotten weird reactions.

I also love Shiloh! To me it's all boy...but to everyone else it's all dog. Sigh.

Others I adore but have gotten are-you-crazy looks for bringing up:

    Marlowe
    Waldo
    Wallace
Jemima (this one I definitely wouldn't use due to the racial connotations)
    Marigold (love it, using it)
    Mabel
    Winifred
    Darwin
    Vesper
    Quince
    Raizel
    Hero (girl)
old-school virtue names like Solace and Valor
    Valentine
    Duncan
    Roscoe
    Erasmus
    Atlas
    Merlin
    Cosmo
    Zephyr
    Lavender
