Jane Arabella Connolly (26) grew up in a beach house in Florida.
She and her younger sister Anna Josephine (22) were raised by their single father. When Jane was 18 years old she met her future husband, who was 23 at the time. They were majoring in the same thing at college. They dated for 3 years before he proposed underneath the Eifle Tower during their trip to Paris. They were married at a beach wedding and spent their honeymoon in Australia. Together, Jane and her husband, Philip Matthews had two children. The first was a boy named Simon Oliver. Simon was only a year old when their second child, a girl named Annabel Ophelia was born. Jane and Philip also adopted five girls from China. Their names were Edith Samantha, Hazel Amalia, Paloma Lily, Rosamund Miranda and Violet Susannah. At the time of their adoptions, Edith and Paloma were 5, Hazel was 3, Rosamund was 1 and Violet was 2. Along with their big family, the Matthews' had a male Alaskan Malmute named Juneau.
