    Names which fit with Morgana?

    Hello everyone!

My DH is insisting on using Morgana in our babies name seeing as he gave in last time! (I like the name too so have let him). Do you prefer it in first or middle? Suggestions for ? Morgana Hedley or Morgana ? Hedley?

So far we have come up with Emma Morgana Hedley and Morgana Rose Hedley (but not sure about using a filler middle) which we like. Siblings are Rowan, Laurence and Katherine.

    Thanks, Minnie

Morgana Rose is very nice. Emma Morgana, to me, has too much of the "m" sound, but if you like it that's all that matters. For some reason Lillian came to mind for me - I think either Morgana Lillian or Lillian Morgana would be lovely.

Thanks, I quite like Lily Morgana! Never really considered ee sound ending names with our surname but I think that works ok for me! Do you think Lily Hedley too much ee sound? Any other ideas? Minnie x

I think it sounds fine. Hmm, other suggestions... Charlotte, Jillian, Ruby, Valerie, Vivian... any of those work for you?

Emma Morgana is one of those rare instances where to names that end in 'a' work together. I don't like Morgana as a first name; it sounds medieval and sort of witchy.

Would your husband consider dropping the -a and just going with Morgan? Morgana is stylistically more difficult, I think, in finding a first name that fits. Although from the suggestions above, I'd say there are a lot of good options.
