A little boy named Mervin was at the dentist today. He was somewhere between six and eight.

    Re: Name sightings

I am from Cape Town, South Africa. My best friend, Maxine's brother: Madryd (13yrs), no connection, but pronounced like the Spanish city, Madrid. Maxine's cousin Taryn J. and husband Clinton Arthur J. named their 3 children from their own names and for the 3rd, included Taryn's Mom, Jenny, who passed away in 2004: Tarclin (f, 14 in Apr), Cajyn (m. 13 in July) - pr. yes, like Cajun spice and Jencyn (m. 5yrs) pr. as in Jensen Button F1 racing driver. What do you think of these names?

Jeanne Birdsall's picture book Flora and the Windy Day has siblings Flora and Crispin, which I love.

I just met two sisters named Tallulah and Genevieve. I love Genevieve, not so sure about Tallulah, but I though it was an interesting sibset.

    Re: Name sightings

Today I saw a baby named Isabel. I am so sick of that name, honestly.

And two boys named Declan and Juergen. They were maybe six. I couldn't tell if they were brothers or just friends, but I thought it was a nice change!
