Re: Narrowing List
While these names are classics, I almost find them too classic, and a little plain :
Adam
David
Paul.
Evan, Jonah, Miles and Gregory also don't really excite me, to be honest, and I'd beware of Gabriel and Noah as they are very handsome, but currently popular.
Micah can cause pronunciation issues - is that something which would bother you?
All of the names which are left, I think are very handsome :
Benjamin
Charles (Charlie)
Jude
Luke
Samuel (Sam)
Theodore (Theo)
William.
My tip top choices would be Benjamin Jude, Theodore Charles, Charles Benjamin, Charles Theodore, and perhaps Benjamin Luke.
The names are handsome, refined, classic and will age well, and provide a variety of friendly nicknames like Charlie, Ben, Benji, Theo, Teddy and Ted. Also Luke and especially Jude are so handsome, and remarkable in that they manage to be soft yet masculine, all in one syllable. I think Jude would make a great first name, really, but the flow is best when they are in the middle name slot.
Good luck! AuburnI blog at https://pencilsandwhatnot.wordpress.com/.
