Re: Past due date & still need MN for Lydia!
Even though the names are different styles, Lydia Maeve is my favorite off your list.
If she is born in June - a few more days yet! - I think either Lydia June or Lydia Pearl (the June birthstone) would be perfect choices for your little girl! I think a one-syllable middle name is ideal with such a long last name...
Others I'd suggest are Lydia Blair, Lydia Claire, Lydia Faye, Lydia Ruth, and Lydia Wren. Good luck!

Re: Past due date & still need MN for Lydia!
Lydia Gwen Yurkovich - did I get that right? - is nice! Gwen is more of a nickname, in the same way Kate or Cate is, but I do like it and its spunky, fun - yet still classic! - feel. Great way to get the G initial in there. Lydia Gail (it means "my father rejoices") would be another G option other than Lydia Grace, which is admittedly rather popular and slightly bland in my opinion. Still pretty, but not as "sparkly" as other options...
I think Maeve is your best bet for an M middle name, if you want one, as Mae seems a bit country, in my opinion, and Maud doesn't have the best flow, it seems.
As for R, Lydia Rose - I know Rose is a popular middle name, but in this case, it just would fit so well! - is certainly gorgeous, and it would be very fitting if she is born in the next few days (June), as the rose is June's birth flower! Neat! I also like Lydia Reese, Lydia Roux (for a red-head, in particular!), and Lydia Ruth (it means "compassionate friend" - how sweet!).
So, do you like any of those? I think Lydia Gwen, Lydia Gail, (Lydia Grace), Lydia Maeve, Lydia Rose, Lydia Roux, Lydia Reese, and Lydia Ruth are all great options for your daughter. Good luck!
