I've heard of GG before, which was apparently short for G-Ma. The grandmother was adamant against being called Grandma.

My grandparents are Granny and Poppy, and Grandma and Granddad (though she always tried to get us to call her "Grandmother" instead).

My husband's parents go by Granny and Granddaddy to my nephews. My parents have already firmly established that when my husband and I have children, they are going to be Nanna (my mother's name is Nancy) and Papa Tony.

I already know that I will want to be a "Granny!"

My mother's parents are Grandma and Bapu. I started calling him that when I was young and it just stuck.
My dad's parents were Bumma and Grandfather.

My son calls his grandparents (we have some unorthodox relationships)
    Grandpa Rick and MaryAnn
    Granddad
    Grandmum and Grand-Debbie

Growing up, I only ever had one grandma, who we called G-ma or Bar bar (her name is Barbara)
