Did anyone else do the naming personality test?

I'm the odd-berry-out here, as I seem to get a fairly even 30% split between three categories:

Classic Unusual
Modern Unusual
Classic Eccentric

And a small percentage of both Modern Eccentric and Classic Conservative -- can you get any more opposite than that?

I guess that it makes sense if you throw it all back together and categorize it under something akin to, "so anciently obscure that it bypasses dusty and goes straight to sounding invented" ?? Still, I'm not seeing many Modern Unusuals around here!


The most interesting thing about this quiz was to compare results with my husband. It actually explained a lot...

His top result:
Classic Conservative
Him: 40%
Me: 10-15%

Modern Conservative (his second result)
Him: 35%
Me: 0% (!!!)


And of my top three results, each being about 30% for me, he got:
Classic Unusual: 15%
Modern Unusual: 0%
Classic Eccentric: 10%


I think I understand now why naming our children is such an ordeal! :-D

Looks like I'm overwhelmingly Classic Unusual ("You prefer names that have a history. Pretty much right, though my tastes are slightly different for boys and girls. For boys I tend to go more "modern conservative" and for girls I tend to go for "classic eccentric".

I'd never seen this test before but it was a lot of fun. Though I didn't like all of the names on what I ended up with (classic unusual) within my top three I found the vast majority of the names I like.

I'm pretty proud of my name style, personally - classic, classic, classic.
