    I think it is pretty good! I might use Juliana instead of Gianna, though...

    Now is Julianna pronounced Jew-lee-ann-uh or Jew-lee-ahn-uh. I pronounce it the second way. Is Julianna Catherine Chavez too wordy?

    Juliana (or Giuliana) is pronounced [jew-lee-AH-nuh], whereas Julianna is pronounced [jew-lee-ANNE-uh]. Personally, I prefer Juliana, but either are fine.

    I like Juliana Catherine Chavez, but what would you use in the middle for Sophia, then? Sophia Susan Chavez?

    Yes. Sophia's mn would be Susan. I was also thinking about changing Anthony's mn to just Joe, because sticking Joseph in there is too much. So now its:
    Anthony Joe
    Sophia Susan
    Juliana Catherine
